ABOUT THE PROJECT
Future Builders was an international training course designed to equip youth workers from across Europe with practical tools and methods for promoting social entrepreneurship, inclusion and active citizenship among young people.
Through non-formal and experiential learning, 25 youth workers explored social-enterprise models, leadership, teamwork and innovation while developing responses to local and European social challenges.

LEARNING IN ACTION
The training combined practical exercises, group discussions and collaborative challenges, enabling participants to test ideas, exchange experiences and develop approaches they could apply in their own communities.
FROM IDEAS TO ACTION
Future Builders strengthened participants’ capacity to support young people through inclusive, entrepreneurial and community-focused initiatives. It also created new connections for future European cooperation, mobility activities and shared youth projects.
