Learning Alliance is an Austrian nonprofit organisation headquartered in the Neusiedler See region of Burgenland and operationally based in Vienna. We advance innovative education, social inclusion and civic participation across Europe.
Through international mobility, non-formal learning and cross-border partnerships, we create practical opportunities for people and organisations to build skills, confidence and meaningful connections.

Our aim
Too many people remain excluded from learning, mobility and civic life because opportunities are not always designed around their realities. Learning Alliance works to close that gap by creating accessible, practical and international learning experiences that enable people to participate with greater confidence and independence.
Who we support
We work with adult and young learners, educators, trainers, youth workers, and community organisations across Europe and beyond. We give particular attention to people facing barriers to education and participation, creating inclusive opportunities to develop skills, exchange perspectives, and learn throughout life.
How we work
Hands-on learning
Our programmes use practical, non-formal and experiential methods that connect learning with everyday life.
INCLUDE BY DESIGN
We create accessible learning environments built around participants’ needs, experiences and potential.
GROW THROUGH PARTNERSHIP
We bring educators, organisations and communities together to exchange knowledge and create lasting impact.
